Technical and commercial development of energy technology and biotechnology projects
I offer technical and commercial project development services through my company. I have experience from Valmet and its predecessors since 1985 in boiler technology, process technology and sales. I have worked for about 20 years in the development of energy technology, including as a product manager for fluidized bed boilers. As a sales manager for boiler plants, I made delivery contracts worth over a billion euros. Many of the sales cases were more of project development projects, where a technically and economically viable solution was often developed for up to 5-7 years. In sales projects, I also became familiar with the intricacies of delivery contracts. I also offer contract consulting to start-up companies.

Technical support – precise definition of the technical specification of the inquiries leads to successful implementation. I have prepared hundreds of boiler and process technology technical specifications together with product groups up to the contract stage.
Commercial support – a contract is much more than a legal document; it defines the practices during the implementation phase of a project. In my sales work, I have negotiated contracts worth over a billion euros together with legal experts.
